Emancipated land plot and the non-emancipated land plot ! Priority in liquidating !

  1. Emancipated land plot: The land plots that are directly attached to the Government path, its market value/demand is high, Construction work like proper wall fencing with gate and lock, house, shop or farming can be independently and easily done in such plots.
  2. Non-emancipated land plot: The land plots that are not directly attached to the Government path, and are surrounded by the neighbor's land plot. The farm plot is mainly used for the farming activities. Activities on the farm are dependent on the activities of its neighbours. Demarcation is easy, but proper fencing with wall and gate is difficult. Its market value/demand is less.
  3. Since the non-emancipated land plots are cheap, some construction work, like house, is sometimes seen in such plots. Here the neighbours are socio-economically weak, absentee, lost or friendly to the non-emancipated land plot owner.
  4. If the neighbours of the non-emancipated land plot owner becomes hostile to him/her, in such case the legal support can help, but the cost can increase a lot. Increased cost can even kill a person.
  5. Under the poor law & order/war/disaster, value of all land decreases. But under the proper law and order and the neutral, honest administration, if there is a need to liquidate some land plot, the non-emancipated land plot should be prioritised first then the emancipated land plot.
  6. If someone liquidates the emancipated land plot first, then the possibility of slavery of the person increases a lot and the person may lose control on the remaining non-emancipated land plots and may be forced to leave the area/location, without liquidating the non-emancipated land plots, thus being forced to live in the poverty and slavery.
  7. But if the non-emancipated land plots are liquidated first, then the person can have better control on the remaining assets, till he/she liquidates all the land holding and then satisfactorily leaves that area/location. (One day, every one has to leave the land, at-last by the death !)
  8. Non-emancipated lands can also be liquidated through the bank (loan on property) and through the court. But for the heir of the land, becoming owner or getting Title of the land is important.
  9. A heir can sell the emancipated land plot, at lesser price, then the owner of the plot, as its demand is high, but selling the non emancipated land plots by the heir is not easy and some capital is required to convert the heir into the owner of the land.
  10. There is a hope for all the non-emancipated land, that if the administration makes a new road through or properly attached to the land or some other government projects falls on the land, then it may convert into an emancipated land. A slave can hope to become a master, but a master can also lose its value to become a slave ! So underestimation and overestimation, both should be avoided.
